Junior Staff Meeting

Becoming a Junior Staff is the next level in a student’s journey at Youth Venture. A Junior Staff has completed the entirety of the Youth Venture curriculum and is eligible to also become a small group student leader. As part of their ongoing commitment, Junior Staff are given extra responsibilities and duties such as staffing the snack bar, answering the phones, cleaning the center, and assisting the Site Director as needed. Existing Junior Staff attendance is required. Kids interested in becoming Junior Staff are encouraged to attend! Dinner will also be provided!
